    Kelly Moulson (Admin Assistant)

Kelly, born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, has been involved with performing arts for over 60 years starting out with ballet when she was 5. Her first ballet teacher was from Russia, and the teacher would walk through the class with a cane, whacking anyone that didn’t point their toes! Old school for sure! Kelly also participated in tap, jazz and was a competitive baton twirler for many years.

During her time as the Director of Education she created a Home School Performing Arts Program, increased the six-week summer program from sixty to eighty-five students and created an intensive two-week theatre program for advanced theatre students. Kelly also organized fund raising that allowed her to organize two six nights/seven-day trips to NYC where the theatre’s performing arts group, The Shooting Stars, performed in an off Broadway Theatre, attended classes at Broadway Dance Centre and Steps on Broadway, as well as attended Broadway shows, danced with Rosie’s Kids, participated in back stage tours of some theatres and even had discussions with Broadway performers. A true theatre learning experience.

Kelly is always willing to “just get it done” for the betterment of the group. Her greatest joy is seeing a young child arrive at our studio, quiet and unsure, some not even knowing how to put on their shoes and then watching them change, grow and develop into confident and productive young people.
