FEES AND POLICIES

REGISTRATION: Annual Registration Fee is $35 for all dancers and $10 for each  additional child. REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

TUITION: Due on the 1st of each month and will incur a $25 late fee if paid after the 3rd. Autopay is available with ACH or credit cards! There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit cards and no fees for ACH. TUITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

NOTE: Monthly tuition is for your reserved space in the class and will stay the same each month. Tuition is based off the entire dance season not just the month!  Some months are long, and others are short.  We do not charge extra for longer months, because it is an average over the course of the season.

COSTUME FEES: Costume fees for our annual recital are $95 (+ sales tax) per costume and will be due on January 9th, 2026. If paid late each costume will have a $20 late fee and we cannot guarrantee it will be available for order. COSTUME FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RECITAL FEE: A Recital Participation Fee for our end of the season recital in June will be due per dancer to help cover the rental costs of our venue, UNLV staff members, insurance fees, security guards, lighting technicians, sound technicians, rental equipment, props, etc.  This fee includes a direct digital download video of the recitals, one pair of tights, and a souvenir t-shirt! This fee is split in half with $60 due on November 1st and $60 due on March 1st.  Recital Participation Fee is non-refundable once paid. 

NOTE: Recitals are split up into 2-3 different shows, due to the high number of dancers at our studio. If you have a dancer that is in several classes or siblings with different schedules, it may result in your family purchasing tickets for multiple shows.

CANCELLATION: Enrollment at our studio is month to month.  We do not place you into any kind of long-term contract.  We only require 30 days’ notice to drop, and you must email the studio at info@ignitedancecenter.com. All fees are non-refundable.

ROLLOVER REGISTRATION: At the ending of our season, all dancers will automatically be enrolled into the brand new upcoming dance season that will start in August 2026. Our Director, administrative assistants, and teaching staff will place each dancer into the best classes for them. If you need to drop or change this schedule, you must contact the front desk prior to June 1st, 2026. Registration Fees will be due and run automatically on June 1st, 2026.  This fee is non-refundable once paid.
