HANDBOOK, CONTRACT, & GROWTH PLAN WORKSHEET
Please review the information below before your Growth Plan Meeting. A printed copy of the contract will be provided at your meeting for signatures and final questions. We will also fill out the Growth Plan worksheet together with your dancer.
HOW PLACEMENTS WORK
At Ignite, placements are about more than just skill level.
Our goal is to place dancers where they will:
Grow
Build confidence
Be challenged appropriately
Contribute to a strong team environment
Dancers are evaluated by independent judges alongside studio leadership. Placements are based on multiple factors including technique, performance quality, work ethic, coachability, readiness, and team dynamic.
Every placement is made thoughtfully with both individual growth and overall team strength in mind.

RISE families will build their dancer’s class schedule during their Growth Plan Meeting
PATH & CORE individual class schedules will be emailed as soon as they are ready
PATH & CORE Growth Plan Meetings will take place in June the week after recital
Growth Plan Meetings will take place at our East Studio across the street from Vons
Review the Team Handbook and Commitment Contract once we email it to you
The $35 Annual Registration Fee will be processed on June 1st ($10 for each additional sibling)
Company billing statements for PATH & CORE will be sent out as soon as we receive final pricing from competitions
Solo/Duo/Trio private lesson schedule, style, and choreographer assignment will be given at your Growth Plan Meeting
GROWTH PLAN MEETINGS
Growth Plan Meetings are for both the dancer and parent/guardian to attend together.
During the meeting, we will review the Team Handbook, sign the Dance Team Commitment Contract, and discuss goals for the upcoming season. We would also love to hear your dancer’s personal goals as they begin SZN 9.
Handbooks and contracts will be emailed in advance for families to review before their meeting as soon as they are finalized.
Each Dance Team will have its own individualized handbook this season.
